Infrastructure data made easier to interrogate.

Yatify is an independent construction and infrastructure intelligence platform created by Nyashadzashe Munyati. It combines public data, engineering context and transparent analytics to investigate material pressure, procurement activity, project information and data reliability.

Decision-ledAnalysis begins with a practical question.
Validation firstNew data do not publish simply because they exist.

Better evidence for infrastructure decisions.

Construction information is often fragmented across spreadsheets, public portals, indices, procurement notices and project systems. Yatify's role is to structure that information so its meaning, limitations and decision-use are easier to see.

The platform is intentionally conservative about claims: public procurement is treated as a signal rather than a complete market register, simulations are labelled, and confidential project values are not needed for public demonstrations.
